07 December 2013 if tds deducted is not yet paid and the return is not uploaded till date of F.Y.2012-13 and now if we want upload the return like that only..what will be the implications?? what can we do.??

07 December 2013 then int shall be payable for not paying tds on time and later u also need to revise tds return after incorporating all tds paid.
