suppose proprietor/HUF carrying the business of Iron Shuttering. it is not required to have audit his accounts u/s 44 ab. it is carrying its business by taking plot on rent of which he is paying rent 7500/= per month. now query is whether such proprietor/HUF is liable to deduct TDS u/s 194I on rent or not.
