08 September 2013 we have deducted tds and paid; accordingly we filed TDs return. unfortunately TDs paid was without interest as it was delayed in payment. will total bill amt disallow in audit case?

08 September 2013 No.only non payment of TDS will disallow the expenses. how ever non payment of interest will be qualified in the tax audit report
