13 June 2013 i have a small doubt pls clarify who know this.
for eg:if tds deducted on say 28.02.2013 whether this tds payable can be adjusted against tds challan paid on 13.02.2013.i.e challan paid before the tax deducted

13 June 2013 Yes. it can be adjusted. it is nature of Excess TDS paid and adjusted for further deductions
