06 May 2013 We are a private Co. we have deducted and remitted TDS on Rent @ 10% for the FInancial Year 2009-10 only on the Financial year 2012-13.TDS return has been filed for the same quoting the Financial Year as 2009-10 both in challan and return.Now is it possible to revise the return and quote the Financial year as 2012-13 instead of 2009-10?
