MY PARTY HAS GIVEN FORM 16-A FOR JAN-MAR'12 AS ON 05-12-12 BY DEPOSITING TDS AS ON 9-11-2012. MAY THIS TDS REFUND TO ME FOR FY 2012-13 AY 2013-14

yes you can get tax refund, if your total taxable income is less than 2lacs, for that you have to file your income tax return.
