Tds

This query is : Resolved

24 November 2012 let me know. if i hired an advocate firm for a suit and that firm hired an advocate to fight at court....after that such advocate charged bill of Rs. 10000/- to that firm and the same amount charged by firm to me...then should i deduct TDS against the same because i am paying to firm or considered as reimbursement out of pocket expenses as firm is not charging extra.

24 November 2012 If the Firm is giving you the supporitngs attached with the separate bill of reimbursement then TDS will not dedcuted
