please suggest me - Hindi - humne 4th quarter ka return (11-12) kaa jo ki nil tha nahi bhara , uske pehele 3 quarter k return hum file kar chuke the jisme 2 return bhi nil the, abb hume this year 1st quarter ka return file karna hai to kya hume pehle 4rth quarter ka return file karna jarruri hoga

No, if there were no TDS was to be deducted then there is no obligation to file nil TDS return....
