Sir, we are a Vodafone distributors. The Compnay give us commission of sell of SIM of Post Paid and Prepaid and deduct TDS U/s 194C for Prepaid Commission and U/s 194H for Postpaid. As we are the distributor of the company, we re-imbusre the commission to sub distributors and deduct tax at source @ 10% i.e. U/s 194H. sir please suggest us whether tax is deducted U/s 194C or 194H
