If a party has made payment exceeding Rs.1 crore during F.Y. 08-09 then what would be the provision regarding applicability of surcharge.

SURCHARGE @ 10% WAS APPLICABLE ON THE TDS DURING THE FY 08.09. IF PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE TO CORPORATE ASSESSEE

Further my query is that we have already paid Rs.9900000 and then a payment of Rs.300000 has been made so on what amount surcharge should be charged Rs.300000 or 200000?
