What is the treatment if a person who is liable to tax audit has not obtained the TAN in last year but has obtained the TAN in this month.It has deducted the tax without having TAN, now what is the remedy?

If it has deducted the TDS then deposit the TDS along with interest in the current year. And file your TDS return as soon as possible.
