12 June 2013 We are facing problem when going to submit request for TCS Certificate in TRACES.
It shows "Data is not available".
Is it mandatory to generate TCS Certificate from TRACES Site ?
If not then can we generate manual certificate for FY 12-13 ?

Please suggest.
