he purchase a scrap from traders and also sold scrap to traders and munufacturar

what is his responsibility regarding tcs.

he is not collect 27c from manufacturar

26 February 2010 Either he should collect tcs or collect form 27c and file it to the department. OTtherwise tommorow department may send notice for tcs + interest + penalty.
