I am running Pvt. Ltd. company,and companies Head office & branch offices are situated in different district of haryana, my sales tax number is registered with head office,But i need to keep my stock with value more than 3 Lakh INR at Branch Office. So please suggest me is there any condition on movement of stock from head office to branch office? and How i can move my stock from head office to branch office i.e from one district to another ?

For transfer of stock , Branch's address must be incorporated as additional place in your VAT RC and the you can move & keep stock complying formalities as to transit pass
