A is Working in India with Company PQR Ltd. He is paid salary in India. He also works for a sister concern of the same company say PQR Inc which is located in UAE. The salary is paid in UAE currency and no tax is deducted from that salary.? Mr. A is travelling to UAE every month and his stay in UAE dutring the previous year is less than 182 days and his stay in India is more than 182 days. Whether UAE salary is taxable in India?
