Hi, We are purchasing 1 material from Indian vendor for our mozhambique project at south africa. Vendor is saying he will bill to our company in dollar value and he is have warehouse other country, materials will be shiped from there. Is it possible to bill in dollar since its domestic billing ? is it acceptable? if any tax implications ? please clarify me urgent
