One of the my client is Professional in playing musical instrument.

He getting income through Playing instrument in INDIA AND ABROAD..

Please suggest whether he is covered under SERVICE TAX Act ?

if it is or not .. Please quote relevant section and notification.

11 March 2013 Yes he his covered under the service tax act...and is supposed to get registered if annual turnover crosses 9lakhs p.a.
