Taxability of fringe benefits

Are ALL the fringe benefits that were taxable in the hands of the employer, now FULLY taxable in the hands of the employees?

And... is it applicable for may, 2010 examination.

pls let me know.

02 March 2010 from A/Y 2010-11, there is no fringe benefits tax. it will be applicable to may 2010 exam.
