Hello Friends, please explain difference between labour contract and manpower supply. Also difference in terms of service tax to be paid or charged.

Labour contract would be responsible for the work. Manpower supply no responsibility.
Manpower supply is under joint charge where receiver liable to pay 75% of ST even where provider is small non corporate.
