17 August 2010 I purchased TATA NCD 100 units in Feb 2009. I sold 30 units equity trading in August 2010. What will be the income tax liability on the profit booked.

17 August 2010 It would be long term capital gain subject to tax @ 10% without indexation as it is listed debentures.
