05 April 2012 Hello Friends,
Can anyone give me the answer with reference of any book of the following case?

1.what are tax implications, if a foreign co. purchase shares of indian Pvt. Ltd. co. having 2 N.R shareholders.
2. If the above said co. paid
1.salary to his N.R employee a
2. rent for there residential flat
3. also courier charges of Rs. 52000 in case he returned to his country back.
than what are tax implications in all the above case.
Please reply me as soon as possible. I have already discuss these case with many friends. But no one have any satisfactory answer.. Hope for the Best reply..:)

06 April 2012 It depends on the agreement you have made with the NRI to work with your company. Once they come to India and Section 9 is not maintained then they are liable to be taxed in India
