Dear Friends,
what is the assessing status of a trust?
Someone has told me that create a trust for a newly born baby (baby may be some what elder) and transfer some of your assets to the trust for the benefit of the child. As it became major it would get a lot of white money made out of those given assets.
i was not agree with that particular person but i had nothing to argue?
i request you to please tell me whether i am wrong or right, in any circumstances please provide some legal base.
