Whether goods purchased from unregisterd dealers are disallowed or not? If ans is yes then under which section and also plz send other mvat provisions applicable in this context ie whether purchaser need to pay the vat liability on behalf of the unregistered dealer?

if a dealer, who is liable to pay VAT, purchases the goods from URD, is liable to pay the purchases tax. he can take credit for Tax paid by him.
