Tax implications for buying shares

28 September 2012 i wanted to know the tax implications for selling shares of a company and accepting the payment in cash for more than rs 20000.

28 September 2012 In this case you will be required to discharge the liability on capital gain. As regards the payment is concerned you can receive the payment in cash no tax implication on your side.
