26 May 2011 Mr.A booked a residential 1000 sft flat @Rs. 1500/- per sft from B LTD .At the time of registration stamp duty value is rs. 2300/- per sft.
what will be the tax implication on the diference amount(2300-1500)x1000 on both the assessee?
