17 June 2013 My salary income from pensions is Rs. 70,,000/- I received medical reimburseement of Rs. 56000/- Since my income from salary do not exceed Rs.100,000/-What will be tax exemption u/s 17(2) on perqisits of medical reimbursement? Full reimbursed amount of 56000/-/ or resricted to Rs. 15000/-?
