While computing income from house property interest on loan is allowed as deduction..sec 25 says if interest is paid outside india than such interest is allowed as deduction only if TAX IS DEDUCTED AT SOURCE but what if we deduct tax but donot submit to IT department..will it be still deductible?

04 November 2013 your deduction process will complete only after deposit of TDS only. otherwise the same cannot be deducted
