when proprietor concern paid any amount for Tour & Travelling purpose to Pvt. Ltd. Company. Then TDS is deducted or not. please clarify.

17 September 2012 Yes, Provided Tax Audit is applicable to Prop. Concern.

Also on Tour & Travelling TDS is Not Applicable, If Commission is Included in the Bill or separately raised Then Only applicable.
