Please let me know the list of backward areas(near AP and Delhi) and Tax benefits (both direct and indirect) available for setting up a new business (IT& ITES)in those areas.

U can get this from the AP/Delhi Govt website.But do remember that what is socially correct may not be economically sound.U r the best judge.
