02 December 2014 Tax Audit Report was uploaded on 30/11/2014 & the sane was approved on 01/10/2014. Whether penalty is levied ? Please reply Urgent ?

10 December 2014 After Approval the date of submission will show the date as date of submission. So no penalty is exigible
