can an individual partner sign more than 45 tax audit files but within the limit of firm's overall limit. that is if there are 2 partners can one partner sign 90 and other partner 0. Pl. clarify.

Yes. Collectively the total number of Tax Audit for your Firm should not exceed more than 90.This limit is fixed including the Company, which are required to be audited U/S 44AB.

ya it can be signed by only one partner on behalf of firm.maximum limit 90.

yes one partner may sign all tax audits of firm.
