Tax audit and non filling of return

24 January 2012 I was previously under tax audit but this year i am below taxable limit even after taking 8% of my turnover. is it necessary to file a return for me.

24 January 2012 You are not required to File ITR if your Total Income for the year is below the basic exemption limit.
