10 January 2011 Do not show books of accounts in the ITR return being filed. Then u can resort to 44AD.

11 January 2011 It means that if I am selecting the option books of account not maintained at the time of preparing the return then the A.O. can not ask for the books of accounts to be produced under section 142(1) and under section 143(2), right.
