20 December 2010 What are the consequance for not filing Tax Audit Return (ITR) in time?
Now, All Tax Audit need to e-file, So how can file Tax Audit Report before the Authority?
what is the duty of Auditor for filling the Same?

20 December 2010 Auditor is Not at all Liable to File IT Return.
He's Duty Only to Audit the Accounts as True & Fair View.
& Also No Tax Audit Report is to be Filled With Department Untill Not Demanded by AO.
