03 June 2015 dear sir, we had filed tax audit report on 30.09.2014 but the assessee has not approved audit report till date --please inform what are the consequences for this??

03 June 2015 the audit report will be considered as not submitted and penalty for non-submission of audit report can be levied on the assessee.
