a person has telecome agent sale value or sim etc on behalf of telecom agencys, he received money from customers and deposit in current account and transfer to telecome agency, telecome agency give him commission and deducted tds, now query is that whether his sale or commission is eligible for tax audit

yes depending upon turnover...being an agent he/she wont be eligible for presumptive taxation under section 44AD

In case commission business revenue is the amount of commission not sales. You will be eligible for tax audit on the basis of commission.
