03 April 2014 I have doubt about Direct Tax Code 2013 - “accountant” shall include a company secretary within the meaning of the Company Secretaries Act, 1980 and a cost accountant within the meaning of the Cost and Works Accountants Act, 1959 so, Practicing CMA and CS can do Income Tax Audit?
