We have a client which is a private limited company. Accounting period for the same is jan to december. We have prepared march year balance sheet for tax purpose
Please let me know whether form CA or CB applicable for tax audit reporting

3CA has to issue, Because of company is liable for statutory audit as per the companies act,1956 i.e means it is liable for audit under other law or act.

Agree sir but March balance sheet prepared for tax audit purpose only. Not for company.
We are not going to issue audit report as per company's act for March balance sheet as the same is issued on December closing.
Please clarify.

Event though you not issuing statutory audit report now, on the basis of the liable for audit under other laws you have to Issue form 3CA.
