a. Property Account Debit
TDS Receivable Account Debit
To Seller Account

b. Seller Account Debit
To Bank Account
(When payment is made)

Entry in the books of Seller
a. Buyer Account Debit
To Property Account
To TDS payable Account

b. Bank Account Debit
To Buyer Account
(When money is received)

c. TDS Payable Account Debit
To bank Account
(When TDS is paid)
