Hello Sir We are an pvt ltd company in building construction trade.can u plz clear a query.....? Our company is taking over a partnership firm of the same trade,after the takeover completes will our pvt ltd firm will be able to use the old credentials of the partnership firm.Credentials here means all the past work completion certificates issued to the partnership firm by the various departments where it worked earlier. if not so,is there any way by which the pvt ltd company will be able to use the old credentials

No, you cann't do so because now no partnership firm will exist. All the certificates are issued to that firm. Now all their property will be merged into Company and firm will no longer into existence........so no question of taking any benefits from those credentials.
