sir i have intrest income of rs.30,000 on fixed deposits but , earlier iam not given my PAN to banker so, he deducted T.D.S @ 20%(rs.6000) for A.Y 2014-15 but, it is not displayed in form 26AS my doubt is can i take the credit by giving my PAN to banker in form 26AS. what is the procedure to get that credit in form 26AS

It is not displayed because your PAN was not provided. 26AS credit is based on PAN. To get the credit of same you need to provide your PAN to your Bank and request them to revise the TDS return by quoting your PAN. Once they revise the return by quoting your PAN the amount will get credited in your 26AS.

for that you have to intinmate his PAN and request to bank for filing of revised the tds retrun with you PAN then you can get the tds refund.
