13 November 2013 will the syllabus of Ca-Final corporate laws & Management be changed in may 2014 attempt....will there be any change in syllabus in any of the papers for may 2014 attempt.....

15 November 2013 Yes, your corporate law paper will change in May 2014 attempt. The Institute will issue notification in this regards with new amendments of Companies Act, 2013.
