26 April 2013 I am a CA final student and I took ATC in Feb end'13. now i want to continue with CA again. Now I want to know:-
1.) Whether I need to register again in Finals?
2.) What will be my first attempt for finals? it was Nov'14 then...
3.) How many balance years I've to complete?

27 April 2013 1) If you previously not get the registration to Final or your final registration validity has expired then you have to take the registration to final now or renewal your registration respectively.

2) If you completed your articleship training period previously then you shall get eligibility to November 2013 CA final exam otherwise you will get after completion of 2 and half years of articleship training period attempt eligibility.

3) There is not time limit or age limit to complete CA.

27 April 2013 Sir in my situation, I'm registered in CA finals and completed 1 and a half years of training before taking ATC, now kindly guide me about the above issue

27 April 2013 The CA Final registration is valid upto 5 years from the date of registration. So i think your registration is in force at this time and after completion of 2 and half years of articleship you are eligible for CA final exam.

You are saying you completed one and half years of articleship training before to taking ATC and as well as you get ATC on Feb 2013 so i think your 2 and half years of articleship shall be completed by Feb 2014 assuming you are continuing your articleship at present so you will get the eligibility to CA final exam for May 2014 attempt and need not to re-registration for CA final.

1) Articleship commencement date
2) Date of registration into CA final

DAte of finals registration:- 19 Dec'2012

28 April 2013 Then your 2 and half years of articleship will be complete by 13th Aug 2014. So you are eligible for November 2014 CA Final exams.

However if you have more than 76 days of excess leaves from 14-2-2012 to 31-10-2014 then your eligibility attempt will be change.
