16 July 2009 tell me sir, surcharge applicable on TDS for gross payment to individual or HUF excedd Rs 1 Crore after 1st Oct'09 and is it applicable on computation on Salary for F.Y. 2009-10?

for salary there is no change in previous provisions....as usual last year
