As per The Amendment Implemented w.e.from 01/04/2015. That Is,Service Recipient Has To Pay Service Tax Fully @100%, And Not The Service Provider.
Is This Applicable To The Following :
1) Service Provider - Society 2) Service Recipient - Revenue Divisional Officer.
