30 March 2010 dear all,
if my company is paying to employees stipend. so what is the limit of stipend which we can pay to employees and duration.shall we deduct esi and pf or not?pls help me.

30 March 2010 Stipend can be allowed only for some kind of companies technology based, other wise PF & ESI Must be deducted on stipend also
