Straight and Short, I have least knowledge about stock market, demat , sip, trading and blah blah.....I want to invest in SIP (already read its pros and cons) but not in one SIP only, I went to sbi branch, they offered SBI SIP plans, I went to Axis bank they offered there......I actually want to invest Rs. 2000/- each in two or three SIPs every months. Just give me Step wise detail how to do that (for e.g. go to this website, open this account, transfer your money from bank or link it auto debit, and choose wide range of SIP,, etc etc)......something like this.....or any other method bcoz even on google there are links of Invest in HDFC Mutual Fund (Particularly there only), or Invest in SBI at SBI official site.....I hope my query is understandable......help me out...

Catch any LIC agent. And tell him/her that you want to Invest in so and so MF's as SIP, then the person will come to your home take signature on the Forms, you need to hand over the checks. That's it..
You will get email/text once it is done. And if you have/when you have a DEMAT you just link those SIP's to your DMAT account so that you can track them online.
(Trust me it is the easiest way to do than doing it on your own- I have done the same last month-Invested in 4 funds as SIP ) The agents dont charge a penny from this.
