13 April 2015 if a assessee incurr expenditure for the bene fit of tenant the actual amount of rent shall be stepped down. plz suggest me how it happenes.....

13 April 2015 If the question is with relation to Income Tax Act, 1961 and under Income from House Property, there's no concept of reducing Repairs & Maintenance costs as sec 24 A allows a Standard Deduction of 30%.
