Service Tax on Freight for paddy and rice and all other food grains and pulses is exempt vide notification no. 04/2010 amending previous notification No. 14/2004 and replacing words " Fruits, Vegetables, eggs or milk”, buy the words “Fruits, Vegetables, eggs, milk, food grains or pulses”
