Statutory audit of co. incorporated in the month of jan

03 February 2015 Our company incorporated on 21st January, 2015 and as per companies act, 2013, the financial year shall extend till 31st March, 2016. But do the company need to carry statutory audit in the year 2015 and file audit returns in the year 2015? or they can be filed directly in the year 2016?

03 February 2015 No need to file any forms now,

First financial year ending 31.03.2016

Due date for first AGM- 31.12.2016

you can file Annual forms once AGM Completed.

However you need to file MGT14 for disclosure of interest now, which might have happened in first board meeting
